Gena Hamilton is the founder and managing director of Exact Digital Media. Gena is an innovative thinker, entrepreneur and seasoned sales executive with 22-years of professional experience in digital media. She’s led the digital transformation and strategy at public/private newspaper and broadcast-tv companies, with a focus on digital-first thinking, audience and revenue growth with innovative digital and social media tactics. She’s experienced in innovative digital marketing and revenue strategies, operations and managing P&Ls. She was on the board of the Local Media Consortium and has managed collaborative partnerships such as Google, Yahoo, Facebook and other technology partners to advance digital across the enterprise.
In her previous role at The E. W. Scripps Company, she was the Regional General Manager, Digital responsible for managing and developing the overall digital strategy, business operations and overall profitability across digital division deploying innovative digital strategies to grow audience and revenue in 10 markets. She developed and led the content strategy for local news and niche products with a focus on real-time news reporting across Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms for 23 tv-stations.
Gena also developed and executed a niche lifestyle-entertainment vertical called Taste & See which was launched in 5 markets (Tampa Bay, West Palm, Ft. Myers, Buffalo and Nashville) with a focus on building and attracting a highly coveted millennial audience with engaging, authentic and immersive storytelling through video and social media.
In her role as Managing Director, she looks forward to partnering with local business leaders, marketers and agencies to help them grow their business through customized digital advertising solutions, reaching the right audience with the right advertising message — anywhere, at any time, and on any device.

Director, Digital Strategy
Radu Somesfalean is the Director, Digital Strategy. He brings more than 18-years of experience in brand marketing for television, digital, mobile and social media. In his previous role at The E. W. Scripps Company, he was the Managing Director of Design, responsible for leading and managing the creative hub, a centralized design team of 20, to support the business objectives and goals of 33 local media tv-stations and 34 radio stations. He has developed and led creative strategic projects for local television stations, managing on-site execution to elevate local brands to award winning news content. He has provided creative direction for original programming for national syndicated shows like The List, Pickler and Ben, Spelling Bee and Let’s Ask America. He has also worked for brands such as MTV, Showtime, Food Network, DirectTV, and HSN.
In his role as Director, Digital Strategy, Radu will apply his brand marketing and promotions experience to develop strategic marketing and advertising solutions for local advertisers and agencies.
